Steel fiber high-strength plastic

High strength plastic steel fiber refers to a certain size of heat-resistant steel fiber (about 20-35mm in length and 0.13-0.2cm in cross-sectional area ²) It is composed of refractory aggregate, binder and admixture.

Details

Steel fiber high-strength plastic

Wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high service temperature, long service life and convenient construction

It can inhibit the shrinkage of plastic in curing, baking and high temperature use. Improve the toughness, mechanical impact resistance and mechanical strength of plastics. Improve the thermal shock resistance of plastics. Prevent microcracks generated in the plastic from expanding or extending under the action of thermal stress and mechanical stress to cause fracture or peeling.

Scope of application: steel fiber high-strength plastic is mainly used in building materials industry and other industrial kilns where refractory materials are required to have good peeling resistance and impact resistance.
